Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently made the following arrest and investigated the following accidents and incidents:
Arrest
- 3:48 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 31, East Washington Street. A fight was in progress at Stimmelators and an officer was dispatched. Benjamin Nathan Lipp, 40, Raleigh Court, Columbia City, was arrested for disorderly conduct/noise. He was incarcerated at the Kosciusko County Jail, Warsaw. Bond: $300 cash
Accidents
2:34 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 31, Esterbrook Road. A vehicle driven by Amanda C. Zajicek, Hoss Hill Road, collided with a tree stump. No other information given.
12:03 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30. SR 13 and East 500N. Vehicles driven by Charles E. Davis, Ponderosa Drive, and John W. Fashing, Tamarack Trail, Hebron, collided. No other information given.
Incidents
- 8:42 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, North Main Street. An infant was left at a gas station unattended.
- 7:49 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, SR 13. A suspended driver was observed operating a vehicle. A traffic stop was made, the driver cited for the offense and given a court date to appear.
- 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, Esterbrook Drive. Kenneth Holloway reported a central air conditioning unit taken from a residence he owns.
