Six Rochester Residents Face Drug Charges
FULTON COUNTY, Ind. – Indiana State Police concluded a two week criminal drug investigation Wednesday with the arrests of six Fulton County residents.
The investigation by Indiana State Police Senior Trooper Mike Lorona and Trooper Wendell Beachy culminated with eight felony and seven misdemeanor charges.
Wednesday night, officers from the Indiana State Police, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department and the Rochester Police Department simultaneously executed search warrants on three Rochester homes located at 1124 Bancroft St., 317 West 11th St., and 4729 Camp Shahola Dr.
During searches at the various locations, officers allegedly found methamphetamine, a methamphetamine lab, chemical drug precursors, and various items of drug paraphernalia. Those arrested on various drug related charges and incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail are:
- Judilynn Ladsen, 56, 1124 Bancroft, four felony charges for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of an illegal drug lab, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of methamphetamine. She also faces a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Charla Richard, 38, 4729 Camp Shohola Dr., a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Matthew Simons, 36, 4729 Camp Shohola Dr., a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting law enforcement.
- Beth Bahney, 41, 317 W. 11th St., a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Justin Gerald, 26, 317 W. 11th St., warrant for probation violation and a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug precursors.
- Shane Simons, 42, 4729 Camp Shohola, a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
