At a meeting of the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals, three variances were approved. Two were for exterior buildings, and the other for a fence.
Doug Neville’s requested to build an oversized accessory structure in his yard on Oldfather Street. This variance was approved uncontested.
Nick Strouder requested a variance to tear down a smaller shed on his property and build a larger storage structure at his home on Lakeshore Drive. The variance was approved.
Paul Westberg Jr. requested a variance to allow at 10-foot variance from a fence setback. The request was granted provided the fence tapered toward the backyard to allow for road widening in the future.
