Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:
- Monday, June 2, 4:20 a.m. Theft of a wallet from a residence reported at 300 block of Levi Lee Road in Warsaw.
- Monday, June 2, 2:55 a.m. Criminal mischief – damage to a vehicle – reported at 2400 block of West 250 South in Warsaw.
- Monday, June 2, 1:20 a.m. Unlawful entry/burglary reported at the 10000 block of North 800 East in Syracuse.
- Sunday, June 1, 11:47 p.m. A man reported that a woman ran over to his house at 100 block EMS B6 Lane in Leesburg and was covered in blood. Charges on battery, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement ensued.
- Sunday, June 1, 10:58 p.m. An identification card was found at 10000 block of Mulberry Drive in Syracuse.
- Sunday, June 1, 10:36 p.m. A purse was found at the 6100 block of East McKenna Road in Warsaw. The purse was returned to its owner.
- Saturday, May 31, 7:58 p.m. Hit and run on a vehicle registered to Richard D. Sudlow of Warsaw. reported at the 1100 block of Hartzler Street in Warsaw.
- Saturday, May 31, 7:16 p.m. Criminal reckless, reported as a domestic fight, at 9400 SR 19 in Etna Green. Nobody at the scene wished to file any charges.
- Saturday, May 31, 11:15 a.m. Runaway reported from 200 block of West Main Street in Warsaw.
- Saturday, May 31, 1:59 a.m. Theft of a purse from a vehicle 11800 block of Pied Piper Parkway in Cromwell.
- Saturday, May 31, 11:17 a.m. Criminal mischief reported at 6200 block of Trusdell Avenue in Syracuse.
- Friday, May 30, 6:41 p.m. Theft of a mo-ped reported at 300 block of Levi Lee Road in Warsaw.
- Friday, May 30, 6:09 p.m. Trespass violation reported at 300 block of Wray Street in Atwood.
- Friday, May 30, 9:21 a.m Theft from five coin-operated machine reported at the CCAC in Warsaw.
Claypool Police Department
Officers of the Claypool Police Department recently investigated the following incident:
- Friday, May 30, 5:49 p.m. Theft of a cigar reported at 100 block of Main Street in Claypool.
Milford Police Department
Officers of the Milford Police Department recently investigated the following incident:
- Saturday, May 31 1:51 p.m. Report of a citizen’s assist at 300 block of Camp Mack Road in Milford. A tree limb fell and struck two people and went through a car window.
Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:
- Sunday, June 1, 10:22 p.m. Criminal mischief to a dumpster 3300 block of Lake City Highway in Warsaw. Damage estimated at $3,000.
- Sunday, June 1, 10:48 p.m. Hit and run reported at 3300 block of East Center Street in Warsaw. A parked vehicle registered to Julie Heckaman of Claypool was struck. The investigation is ongoing.
- Saturday, May 31, 7:09 p.m. Theft of a Mountain Dew reported at Wal-Mart Supercenter in Warsaw.
- Saturday, May 31, 6:04 p.m. Battery reported at 800 block of Center Street in Warsaw.
- Friday, May 30, 7:58 p.m. Theft of cosmetics reported at Wal-Mart Supercenter in Warsaw.
