North Webster Police Department
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently investigated the following accident and incident and made the following arrest:
Accident
Tuesday, April 22, 10:11 p.m. SR 13. A vehicle driven by Russell K. Jennings II, Flansburg Road, Jackson, Mich. went into a ditch. A piece of plastic from the right front wheel well of the vehicle was knocked loose. The vehicle struck and damaged a steel drainage pipe located in the ditch under Channel Street.
Incident
- Wednesday, April 23, 3 p.m. East Himes Street. The department received a call of a dog bite. The owner of the dog was given a copy of the report and the dog was quarantined for 10 days.
Arrest
- Thursday, April 24, 9:13 p.m. West Crystal Flash Road. Cory Eugene Iden, 30, Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor. He was taken to the Kosciusko County Jail. He was located with methamphtimine residue on his person. Charges are requested for paraphernalia and possession. Bond: $500 cash
