Eva Kor Speaks Of Surviving Auschwitz
Community members are invited to hear Eva Kor’s first-person account of surviving Auschwitz concentration camp and the medical experiments of Nazi doctor Josef Mengele on Eva and her twin sister, Miriam. (See related)
The event, “The Eva Kor Story: Surviving the Holocaust” will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, at the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center at Grace College. The event is free. Admission will be granted on a first come basis. Seating capacity is 2,500.
Though her childhood experiences were dark and tragic, Eva’s courage and her decision to forgive those who murdered her family and abused her will inspire.
