Jail Museum Establishes New Hours
The Old Jail Museum, 121 N. Indiana St., Warsaw, is now open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays.
The museum staff has been busy reorganizing the displays to more effectively tell the story of Kosciusko County. New displays have been added and others are still being developed.
Self-guided tours are available Wednesday and Thursday, and guided tours on Friday and Saturday. The genealogy library has also been revamped by making items more readily available for research.
The museum’s trained staff is ready to guide guests through their search to find all the “leaves” on families tree (maybe some “nuts” too). If you have not been to the museum lately, come for a visit and reconnect with how our towns, companies and people came to be in this county.
Large group tours can be arranged by calling 574-269-1078.
