Crime Of The Week
This week’s Crime of the Week comes from the files of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
On Jan. 8, 2014, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department took a burglary/theft report from the 8300 block of East 250 South, Pierceton. The victim came home from work to find his front door forced open.
Once inside the home, the suspect(s) took several gaming systems, a laptop and a miscellaneous amount of change.
On the same day, a neighbor reported somebody had stolen her identification and other personal documents out of her vehicle. In that report, someone said they saw a dark colored extended cab Ford F-150 drop someone off in the area and drive off slowly. A short time later the same vehicle returned and picked the person up.
