North Webster Police Department
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently investigated the following accident:
Thursday, Jan. 2, 6:13 a.m. North SR 13 north of East 850 North, North Webster. Driver: Natasha L. Adams, 22, EMS B62 Lane, Warsaw. Adams lost control of her vehicle on the snow and slid off the roadway. The vehicle rolled onto its top. Damages: up to $5,000
Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:
Wednesday, Jan. 1, 9:07 p.m. Lake City Highway at Meijer Drive. Driver: Rachel D. Miner, 22, East Tulip Tree Drive, Warsaw. Miner was unable to stop her vehicle on the snow covered road and slid through a red light, colliding with a street sign. Damages: up to $1,000
Wednesday, Jan. 1, 1:30 p.m. West U.S. 30 at North 150 West. Driver: Daniel K. Sumwalt, 40, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Driver struck a deer. Damages: up to $5,000
Wednesday, Jan. 1, 9:47 a.m. North 150 West, south of Lake City Highway. Driver: Desmond J. Hudson, 17, Jean Street, Warsaw. Hudson lost control of his vehicle on the snow covered road and slid into a ditch, striking several trees. Hudson was cited for OWI and charged with illegal possession of alcohol. Damages: up to 5,000
