Nathan McFadden was chosen by his peers to receive the honor of Fireman of the Year for the Seward Township/Burket Fire Department.

McFadden received the honor for his dedication to the department, his continued pursuit of training and the leadership he shows among the younger firefighters.

McFadden was presented by award by his father, Assistant Chief of the Burket Fire Department, Roland McFadden.
