Kosciusko FIT prepares to kick off its third annual program and we are looking for individuals or teams of four, age 18 or older, to participate.

Cash prizes will be given to the top three in each category: team, male individual and female individual. Help reach the goal of losing 5,000 pounds county-wide. New this year is the Corporate Challenge. Your organization could win the corporate challenge for having the greatest percentage of weight loss and house the Kosciusko FIT Corporate Challenge traveling trophy!

Sponsoring this program for 2013 are Kosciusko Community Hospital; Warsaw Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce; Kosciusko Community YMCA; Purdue Extension/Local Faces Countless Connections; United Way, Warsaw Community Schools; Lake City Radio and Times-Union.

Registration deadline is Monday, January 6, 2014.

Kick-off will be January 16, from 4:30 to 7:30 pm at Lakeview Middle School. The final weigh-in will be May 15, 4:30 to 7:30 pm. Participants must attend both of these weigh-ins at Lakeview Middle School!

Cost to participate is $20 per individual and $80 per team with option to compete only as a team or as an individual, not both. Teams must register and pay as a group of 4.
