Area Incident Reports
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:
- Tuesday, Dec. 3, 11:14 p.m. A domestic dispute was reported in the 6900 block of East Mulligan Court, Syracuse.
- Tuesday, Dec. 3, 8:37 p.m. Police were initially called to a reported accident on the curve as CR 100 East and CR 550 North, Leesburg. Upon arrival, they located the driver of the vehicle, Justin R. Brumfield, 22, of Leesburg, to be driving while intoxicated.
Milford Police Department
Officers of the Milford Police Department recently investigated the following incident:
- Tuesday, Dec. 3, 11:50 a.m. An out of control student was reported at Milford School.
Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:
- Wednesday, Dec. 4, 12:23 p.m. An intoxicated man was found staggering along West Center Street. The man was in danger of falling or stumbling into the road. Thomas Paquette, 49, of Warsaw, was arrested for public intoxication.
- Wednesday, Dec. 4, 10:04 a.m. Police responded to the 300 block of South High Street for a domestic disturbance between a mother and daughter.
- Wednesday, Dec. 4, 4:02 a.m. An officer stopped a vehicle in the 1900 block of Plaza Drive and found that the license plates on the vehicle were false/fictitious. The vehicle was towed.
- Tuesday, Dec. 4, 8:46 p.m. Officers were called to the 200 block of South High Street for a report of a battery resulting in injury.
- Tuesday, Dec. 4, 4:37 p.m. Tony Fountain, 19, of Warsaw, was arrested in the 1500 block of North Detroit Street on two misdemeanor warrants, possession of paraphernalia and possession of synthetic drugs.
