Make It Take It Craft: Wine Cork Trivet 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4. Bring your wine corks (if you have any) and make a trivet! Cost $14. Registration required

Dani Tippmann teaches about native Miami foodways all across the Midwest. She will tell you about many edible and useable plants. Viki Graber makes baskets using the same methods as her Swiss, German and Russian settler ancestors.
