Warsaw Man Jailed For Molestation
Warsaw Police have concluded an investigation into an alleged child molesting and have arrested a Warsaw man in connection of the crime.
On Thursday, police arrested Joshua J. Surface, 40, while he was walking on North Lake Street. Surface was picked up on a warrant that was issued as part of the investigation that he allegedly had several sexual encounters with a 10 year old girl on various occasions.
Surface was living with the girl’s mother when the alleged incidents occurred. He is jailed on multiple class A and C felony charges of child molesting and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Warsaw Police were assisted in their investigation by Winona Lake Police Department, Indiana Department of Child Services, and the Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
