Tuesday, March 26, 7:23 a.m. North Detroit Street and West 350 North, Warsaw. Drivers: Shawna L. Howard, 29, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; and Deborah L. Sharp, 61, East Marion Street, Nappanee. Sharp was stopped at a red light when Howard’s vehicle rear-ended her. Howard admitted her brakes were bad. Damages: up to $5,000
Monday, March 25, 12:15 p.m. East Jefferson Street and Argonne Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Miayah D. Lynn Olinger, 20, South Country Club Road, Warsaw; and Linda M. Burns, 20, Inverness Point, Warsaw. Olinger was westbound on East Jefferson Street attempting to turn right onto Argonne Road but decided at the last second to change lanes to turn left and turned into the lane Burns was occupying, also traveling west. Burns was found to be operating while suspended and did not have proof of financial responsibility. Damages: up to $2,500
Monday, March 25, 3:24 p.m. Pope and McClellan streets, Warsaw. Driver: Jason B. Stahly, 41, South Briarwood Drive, Warsaw. Stahly ran off of Pope Street east of McClellan and ran over two NIPSCO gas line markers and a concrete wall, causing the vehicle to go airborne for approximately 20 feet. Stahly continued driving back onto the road and crossed the center line and nearly struck another vehicle. Officers located the vehicle at Warsaw Cut Glass where it was disabled due to the damages. Stahly complained of rib, neck and back pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. It was also determined from a portable test that his BAC was .303 percent. Blood test results are pending. Stahly was arrested for not reporting the accident. Damages: up to $25,000

Monday, March 25, 5:31 a.m. SR 15 south of CR 950 South, Silver Lake. Drivers: Nancy J. Waite, 65, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Waite said her vehicle was side-swiped by another vehicle and that driver failed to stop. Damages: up to $2,500
Monday, March 25, 8:37 a.m. Rozella Road and Meadow Lane, Warsaw. Driver: James C. McCool, 57, Hilltop Avenue, Warsaw. McCool’s vehicle struck an icy patch of road causing him to lose control and collide into a utility pole. Damages: up to $10,000
Monday, March 25, 1:48 p.m. West 1350 North and North 850 West, Warsaw. Driver: Sharon M. Slabaugh, 41, 4B Road, Nappanee. Slabaugh hit a pole at about 4 a.m. Monday morning but left the scene of the accident. She called the accident in when she discovered the pole was badly damaged. Damages: up to $5,000
