Frosh Tigers Top FW North
FORT WAYNE – The tandem of Luke Wilson and Riley Rhoades paced the Warsaw freshman boys basketball team to a 41-24 win at Fort Wayne North Side Tuesday night.
Wilson scored a team-high nine points and had three rebounds and Rhoades had seven points and five rebounds for the Tigers, who improved to 13-3.
Paul Marandet had five points, five assists and two steals and Matt Anthony netted five points for Warsaw in the win. Tyler Packard scored four points, Bailey Ness three with two steals and Lamain Rucker two with four rebounds.
Ben Linky had two points and two rebounds and Xavier Lynch and Caleb Garner each scored two points for the Tigers. The winners also got contributions from Mario Hernandez, Lucas Cone and Tyler Johnson.
Warsaw plays at conference foe NorthWood Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
