Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will host the annual Fall Family Fun event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at Lucerne Park, Warsaw.

This year, the all free Fall Family Fun night will feature a new interactive live bat exhibit with Incredible Bats. Egyptian Fruit Bats and African Straw-Colored Fruit Bats will be on display, and visitors will learn about the benefits of bats, which are often misunderstood and feared creatures.

The event will also host several family activities, including Fall storytelling from Warsaw Community Public Library.

There will be a petting farm that includes miniature horses, pigs, rabbits, chicks, and more. Hayrides will be provided around Pike Lake throughout the evening.

Children will also receive a goody bag with craft kits for the cabins, snacks and more, while supplies last.

Fall Family Fun is proudly sponsored by Gold Level Sponsor IU Health Goshen Hospital, Silver Level Sponsor Kosciusko Community Hospital, and Bronze Level Sponsor Grossnickle Eye Center.

Lucerne Park is located behind the Pete Thorn Center at 800 N. Park Ave.
