UPDATE: Wine’s Alcohol Arrests, Troubles Mount
Wine was found early Sunday morning by Milford Police and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies in a state of extreme intoxication. Wine was in his vehicle on CR 250 East near LaPointe Drive, Milford, when police were called to investigate an either abandoned or disabled vehicle.

On Monday, Wine was released from KCH at approximately 2:30 p.m. Just two hours later, Milford Town Marshal Rich Miotto observed Wine near an alley on Henry Street and noticed him to be staggering. Upon his approach, Miotto noticed Wine was mixing vodka with a can of Monster energy drink.
Wine was taken into custody at 4:30 p.m. without incident. A portable breath test was administered that resulted in a BAC of .16 percent. While at the Kosciusko County Jail, Wine’s condition steadily began to deteriorate and he was again transported to KCH for treatment.
